Flaticon invoices are automatically generated 24 hours after your purchase has been processed. You can download the invoice document from the tab “My subscriptions” on your Premium account, by selecting the “Check billing history” option, as shown below.
Please note that the invoices will include your billing details along with the payment details, therefore you need to make sure that you enter the correct billing information when creating your Premium account.
If you download an invoice and notice that some details are incorrect, please update your data from the subscription tab, clicking the “Modify billing information” button, as per the image above, and make sure all the details required are saved. Then, contact us to request the update of this invoice and we will re-issue the document with the correct information so it can be re-downloaded from your account.
