You can get the full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, if and when, you didn’t get to use the service, that is, you hadn’t downloaded any resource.
If that is your case, you can request the refund through support@flaticon.com
You can only request the refund of the current billing period. Please note that previous subscriptions cannot be refunded.
It is important that you send the refund request from the email address associated to your Flaticon account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the payment ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.
Remember that all the licenses you may have downloaded during the period that will be reimbursed will no longer be valid, due to the refund.
If you have issues to remember the email email address linked to your Premium account, please provide us with the following details in order to find your payment:
- Last 4 digits of the card used for the payment
- Expiry date on the card
- Exact date of the payment
- Paypal users: Paypal email address and payment reference
